Solid Top requires a deposit of at least 50% of the estimated price in cash, current cheque or credit card. This payment takes place at the time of the confirming the order. Can you describe the process of ordering with your company?

The whole process is designed for quality and speed. First, you choose a stone or solid surface type, we then give an estimate price based on your specific need. A final price will be determined upon on-site measurement. After that an order can be placed with us or through our business partners for template. From the time the template is made, you can expect a turnaround time of less than 2 business weeks.

If I fax my drawing with dimensions to you how long do I have to wait for a quote?

Proposals for free quotes that are faxed over to us are given a 24 hour business time frame. Go here and print our free quote form. Fill up the details requested at form and fax us the drawing. You can also scan the drawing, save it in Jpeg, Png or BMP file format and email us. We will either call or fax over the estimate assuming that your contact information is provided to us in the original fax.

What information do I need to provide for the free quote?

We require potential clients to provide us with the general overview of the project along with personal information such as name, phone contact, street address, email address and if known, the name of the stone, back splash and the desired edge finish. We can then process the specified measurements and respond with an approximate estimate for the job. This information can either be faxed to us or brought to our office or pass to our consultant or simple email it to us, depending which is the most convenient to you.

How close does the estimate come to the final price?

The quote on the estimate is based on the measurements provided to us by you. So the more accurate your drawings and measurements are, the more accurate the price. However, an accurate on-site measurement will be conducted by our consultant to determine the actual price once you are comfortable to engage our services.
