Overview

1. What do I need to become an Referral?
All you need to do, in order to become one of our referrals is by registering for an account through our Referral registration form or you can click here directly for it.

2. How does it works?
After you have signed up as an referral and received your login details through email, you can log in to the Referral Control Panel to verify your details and have an easier access to track your referral code as well as manage your referrals for our affiliate program.

You will be given a unique ID to promote our products and by using that ID, you are able to earn a one time commission per customer whenever they purchase our services or product (Minimum 10 foot run on Marble, Granite and JessStone and QQ Quartz Products only).

Your commission will be automatically credited into your account after the customer you referred have successfully paid for in full for their purchase and the commissions will be issued in cheque to you on a monthly basis. Therefore, please use your real details when registering or you will have difficulties in receiving payment for your services.

Please take note that you are not eligible for any discounts from the affiliate program (including the 5% on selected products) as an affiliate with us. This is to prevent fraud or abuse of our program. You can refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Sales and Payments

1. When do I get paid for my sales?
Solid Top will pay the one time commission to its affiliates by the end of the month for which the commission is due, by cheque.

2. What commission do I get for my sales?
For every successful individual that you have referred to Solid Top Sdn Bhd who have paid the deposit or in full on our products or services (Minimum 10 foot run on either Marble, Granite and JessStone and QQ Quartz Products ONLY), RM100.00 will be credited into your affiliate account.

3. How do you track my sales?
Sales are automatically tracked via your affiliate code that you have given to the customer. If the customer decides to place the minimum deposit to purchase our products within 6 days of the discount ticket redemption, your account will be credited with the commission.

4. What information will I receive on my sales?
As a SolidTop Affiliate, you will have access to the SolidTop Affiliate Control Panel to track your commissions and referrals. Affiliates will also have access to exclusive products as well as participate in premium events that are not available to the general populace.

5. How do you pay my commission and in which currencies?
Solid Top currently only offers cheque as a form of payment for the commission to its affiliates. The currencies in which Solid Top pays the commission to its affiliates are in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) only.

Promoting the products

1. Are there any restrictions in the way I promote the products?
Yes, please refer to our Terms and Conditions for a detailed list of what not to do when promoting our products.

2. What type of products and services is available for my customers to get a discount on?
Our company specializes in Table Top Installation and only Marble, Granite, JessStone and QQ Quartz Products are eligible for a 5% discount on selected products when redeemed with a Discount Ticket.

Depending on the nature of the request, for payment or technical related issues, the customer’s emails should be forwarded to support@solidtop.com.my
